Provide leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing functions. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals.
Works closely with General Managers and Regional Sales VP’s in planning, organizing and implementing sales initiatives across the company. This position works very closely with the Operations and Sales Teams across all lines of business, including Vice-Presidents, Regional Vice-Presidents, Regional Sales Managers, Hospice Consultants and Account Executives. Minimum of five years’ experience in multi-site sales management required and multi-state preferred. Success in similar endeavor with a service and or healthcare organization.
