As a Lead Surgical Technologist, you will support surgeons and the perioperative team by ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of surgical care. This role serves as a clinical resource and mentor while maintaining expertise across multiple surgical specialties.

Prepare and maintain sterile fields, instruments, supplies, and equipment for surgical procedures. Anticipate surgeon needs and provide expert intraoperative support. Assist with complex procedures in at least three surgical specialties.

Coordinate instrumentation, equipment, and specialty supplies. Serve as a lead resource for Surgical Technologists and perioperative staff. Precept and mentor new employees and students.

Monitor inventory, support equipment maintenance, and assist with specialty service operations. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to promote exceptional patient outcomes. Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational excellence.

Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program (or military equivalent). Minimum 4 years of current Operating Room experience. Advanced knowledge and experience in at least three surgical specialties. 24/7 specialty accountability in one or more of the following: Cardiac Surgery (including Heart Transplant) Neurosurgery Thoracic/Lung Transplant Liver or Kidney Transplant Trauma Surgery Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Certifications & Clearances CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) or TSC (Tech in Surgery-Certified) required. BLS or CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
