Weekend Triage Registered Nurse (RN), Home Health

AS A WEEKEND TRIAGE HOME HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE (RN) , you will experience a rewarding career by providing in-home nursing services for our home health patients through evaluating and assessing patients and coordinating all Home Care services in the patient's home. ***$20,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for Qualified Candidates*** Multiple Service Locations Available Fleet vehicle (2026 Subaru Crosstrek) available for full time eligible employees after orientation and vehicle application procedure 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Fleet Vehicles are permitted to be used for work AND personal use All fuel costs for a fleet vehicle (for work AND personal) are covered by PHH

You'll work 10 hour shifts every Friday, Saturday, Sunday. You'll be on-call from Friday at 4:30pm until Monday at 8:00AM.
