You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current North Carolina RN License required.
Certifications
✓The initial competencies must be completed within the 90 days to be eligible for continued employment to include BCLS, ACLS, PALS and any other certifications required in the specific clinical areas. (Paid call time will be at the prescribed base rate, which is defined as the standard, non-WEO base
✓Current BLS Certification required.
✓ACLS required in ICU, L&D, IMCU, Telemetry, PACU, ASU, EU and Emergency Department.
✓NRP required in Nursery, L&D, Postpartum, and Pediatrics.
✓PALS required in Pediatrics, ICU, PACU, ASU and Emergency Department.
Education
✓Graduation from accredited School of Nursing.
Qualifications
✓EFM required for L&D, Postpartum, and Pediatrics.
✓STABLE required for Nursery.
✓NIH required IMCU, ICU, and Emergency Department
✓One year of clinical experience for charge responsibilities.

WEO +1 employees will be required to work two 12 hour shifts per weekend plus one 12 hour shift during the week. The weekend begins Friday evening at 7:00 p.m.
