Assess, stage, and document woundsDevelop and implement individualized care plansPerform wound treatments (cleansing, debridement, dressing)Monitor healing progress and adjust care as neededEducate patients, families, and staff on wound care and preventionCollaborate with providers and care teamsEnsure infection control complianceMaintain accurate EMR documentation What We're Looking ForEducation: 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.

2 years, required. Licensure/Certification: Current RN license in appropriate state, required. Wound Certification, preferred.

Additional Skills (required):Excellent oral and written communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to provide care with minimal supervision.
