Qualifications
✓Ability to prioritize and handle simultaneous assignments with frequent interruptions while paying close attention to the details
✓Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner
✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of personalities and work styles
✓Ability to practice discretion when discussing confidential personnel/patient related issues
✓Written and verbal communication skills
✓Data analysis expertise
✓Proficiency with business software, including all Microsoft Office applications
✓Ability to be self-motivated
✓Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English
✓Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
✓Ability to monitor staff productivity and provide coaching feedback to increase quality and productivity standards
✓Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with patients and their family, hospital staff, nurses, physicians, and other health care professionals
✓Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the health care industry
✓Ability to use sound judgment in emergency scenarios
✓Ability to delegate clinical tasks/assign clinical activities to implement plans of care
✓A high level of multitasking, organization, and proactive customer service skills
✓Must possess sound judgment, critical thinking skills, ability to manage multiple details, tasks, and decision-making abilities under busy and stressful working conditions
✓Knowledge of all aspects of diagnostic imaging within the scope of requested procedures for the diagnostic radiology department
✓Ability to appropriately supervise departmental staff in all aspects of employee support functions
✓Knowledge of communication styles and constant deployment of proper engagement behaviors when encountering patients, staff, and physicians
