Position: Registered Nurse - Critical Access/Acute Care (Multi Setting) Shifts: Rotating Days/Nights (6 weeks each), 3x12s EMR: Cerner Rate: RNs start at $31.63 + $3.25/hour nightshift differential (when applicable) + $1.00/hour weekend differential (when applicable) + BSN/cert incentives (if applicable). Rate is based on years of experience. Required Education/Experience: Active Montana RN license (or compact license with multi‑state privileges) BLS certification required ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NRP preferred (may obtain after hire) Previous nursing experience preferred (MedSurg or ER), new grads considered Nurse residency program available for new grads Must be able to float to several different units including MedSurg, Behavioral, ER, ICU, Pediatrics, L&D, Rehabilitation, etc.) Orientation will be provided.
