✓Must engage with patients with a high level of customer service, ensure that all patients feel seen and heard
✓Great communication skills, bubbly, compassionate, understanding and empathetic to the patient
✓Goal of this person is to help facility increase patient outcome and survey scores
✓This nurse should be able to make rounds and make the patient happy, so they feel heard, seen and cared for
✓Excellent and clear communication skillset are required
✓Hospital needs clear and meaningful communicators to improve our outcomes
