Position: Registered Nurse, Case Manager

$62/hr Hours: 40

Day Shift Location: Dedham , MA Is the hourly schedule 8-5PM? 40 Hours/Week Yes, can be less if needed. Additional Info: Will they be working out of the Roslindale location and is there floating to the Dedham location? They will be working OUT of Dedham location, #29 Newbridge Way, but will be covering Brookline, Boston area.

Hopefully you are aware (and if you are not hope this infio helps), that this is a Routine Hospice at Home position. This person will be mostly making visits in patient's homes to provide hospice care. How many Cases/Day should they expect? 3-5 Are they using Meditech EMR?
