Details Hospital-based Case Management/Utilization Review role Day shift schedule, 8-hour shifts from 0800 to 1630, 5 shifts per week Floating required to sister campuses as needed, with travelers prioritized for floating assignments No on-call responsibilities Requirements Active FL or compact RN license required, with Nursys verification on profile Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience required BLS certification required Care Management certification (ACM or CCM) preferred Proof of nursing degree accreditation required on profile Additional Information Candidates must reside within a 50 mile radius of the facility Travelers are expected to integrate fully with core staff and embrace unit culture All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront, as RTO will not be approved after submission Orientation begins on a Friday, including remote orientation and an in-person visit for badge/ID Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start date, with no exceptions for pending documentation First-time travelers may be considered for this position
