Travel RN - Case Management | Fort Pierce, FL | Contract Quick Look Weekly Gross

08:00 - 16:30 Start Date: 01/04/2027 Duration: 13 weeks Selected Candidates will complete their orientation at a leading acute-care hospital and then transition to the facility once completed. The unit information is as follows: Level II trauma hospital with 440 beds, including associated rehab and psych services. RN/SW/CMA team for triad model.
Utilization Review (UR) team offsite, with Interqual required for Initial and CSR (discharge assessments). Fast-paced, high-acuity units. 8-hour shifts with rotation every other weekend. Typical shift hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Typical Hiring Profile: Must have an active RN license in Florida or Compact. 2-4 years of RN Case Management experience in an acute care facility. Preferred experience with HCA and familiarity with Meditech, Midas, Nate, Outlook, and Imobile. Additional Preferences: Must be adaptable to every unit assigned.
