Days, 4x10 Hours (7:00 AM–5:30 PM)

Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience. Required

AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, ARRT, and Kentucky state license. Candidates may apply for Kentucky licensure upon offer and must submit the application the same day. Experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including STEMI cases.

Proficiency with Shockwave, balloon pumps, Impella, EKOS, Penumbra, and ACIST contrast injectors. Experience with pacemaker and ICD implants, peripheral interventions, and radial and groin access. EP lab experience preferred; cross-training for ablation procedures is available.

On-call requirement of 8–15 days per month, including one weekend every three weeks. Must respond within 30 minutes for STEMI alerts. Must be willing to float within scope of practice.

Candidates must live at least 75 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted. Flu vaccination required; declinations are not accepted, with medical and religious exemptions reviewed case by case. Block scheduling is not available.
