Unit NotesOSF ITEMS OF NOTE: - Local Rate: Applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles (-$25 to regular and OT bill rates) - OSF Call Off Policy: Equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty or need to pay for the shift - Non-billable Orientation Hours: 12 hours, guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION: - Last four (4) digits of clinician's SSN - Clinician's middle initial - Requested time off - Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated - Your candidate understands OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and they must produce a negative drug screen for all panels Department: Cath Lab | Tech - # suites/labs: 6 - #cases per day on average: 10 to 15. - Required

ARRT, BLS, IEMA. RCIS not accepted. - Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Cath lab is separate from IR and EP. - Job Duties: Scrub, monitor hemodynamics, and circulating. - Experience or 'Must have'

Previous cath lab experience, Ped's experience preferred but not required, McKesson cardiology PACS experience preferred but not required. - EMR/Equipment: EPIC, PACS and McKesson. - Cardiologist hours/on call: Cardiologist physicians are on call 24 hours, 365 days a year. - Is there a Manager/Charge Nurse on each shift?: Primary charge nurse from 0600-1530. Primary charge does not routinely complete cases, but will take call. - Shifts & Scheduling: 9 hours shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.
