Certifications
✓BLS & ACLS (AHA only), ARRT, IEMA
Qualifications
✓Required skills & experience: min 1yr of exp & must have High risk coronary intervention & STEMI intervention scrubbing
✓MUST be able to scrub/circulate a STEMI
✓MUST be willing to learn circulating/monitoring in neuro interventional for call
✓Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 8's or 10's
✓0700 or 0830 start time as assigned
✓Weeknight/Call Requirements
✓Weekend/Call Requirements: 4 weekends (Sat/Sun) in 13-week assignment
✓Holiday/Call Requirements : Call
✓What is call response time?: 30 minutes
✓Floating Requirements: Could be floated to EP/IR
✓Scrub Color/Dress Code: Scrubs provided
✓Unit/Department specific orientation 5 shifts (1st week)
