Day Shift, 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM Patient Population: Adults and Geriatrics Patient Ratio: 1:2 (CVICU/CCRU); 1:3 when floated to IMC Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience required. Travel experience required. First-time travelers may be considered with at least 2 years of extensive CVICU/open-heart experience.
Active Maryland or Compact RN license required at submission. AHA BLS and ACLS required. CPI certification may be required for compliance.
Previous charge experience preferred. Epic experience preferred. Permanent residence must be at least 50 miles from the hospital.
Flu vaccine required; no exemptions. COVID-19 vaccine not required. Schedule Every other weekend required.
Holidays required as scheduled. No scheduled on-call shifts required. More than 4 consecutive days of requested time off requires an additional contract week.
Scheduling restrictions cannot be guaranteed. Travelers must be comfortable floating within their specialty and to IMC as needed.
