Days, 10-hour shifts from 0600 to 1630 with on-call coverage; 40 hours per week. Required
Operating room experience with the ability to independently scrub coronary artery bypass grafts, valve procedures, aortic repairs, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), Impella procedures, chest tubes, and thoracic procedures including video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS), lung procedures, and pericardial windows. Additional Information: Responsibilities include serving as a first or second scrub, assisting the surgical team as needed, supporting room turnovers, and providing anesthesia technician support.
The role requires effective teamwork and the ability to work independently in a high-acuity environment.
