Must have 2 years experience in speciality and previous travel experience. What units are included in the float pool: ER, ICU, MedSurg, Tele, L&D/PP, NICU at 3 facilities — Boise, Meridian, and Nampa. RNs will only float in their specialty, will never float to a lower acuity.
Can also float to any facility to be a 1:1 sitter in any area. ER: 1:4 ICU: 1:1-2 MedSurg: 1:5 Tele: 1:4 Peds: 1:3 NICU: 1:4
