Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | On-Call/Weekend: Rotation Location: Denton County, TX Mileage reimbursed: Yes Job Type: Contract- 13 Weeks
$34-$36 *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education. Duties:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including patient assessments, education, wound care, and medication management..
- Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and agency policies.
- Promote patient safety, prevent hospitalizations, and support patient independence at home.
- Perform PICC line dressing changes, obtain laboratory specimens from PICC lines, and provide complex wound care, including negative pressure wound therapy ( NPWT) and care for new ostomies, as needed.
