8a–4:30p or 8:30a–5p 40 guaranteed hours/week Start date: 10/23 or ASAP after Coverage area primarily Newcastle and Upton Visits clustered by town to minimize travel Patient population includes general medical, orthopedic, and wound care cases On-call required every 2 weeks, Friday–Friday On-call patient calls and visits paid at 1.5x rate for time worked Most on-call cases can be handled by phone; pronouncements require an in-person visit
