Description As a Home Health RN, you will provide essential care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and health. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, with guaranteed hours allowing for a consistent work-life balance. You will manage patient cases primarily in Newcastle and Upton, focusing on basic medical, orthopedic, and wound care needs.
With on-call responsibilities every two weeks, you will be compensated for time spent assisting patients remotely or in-person as needed.
