Niktor LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Intensive Care Unit (ICU) contract assignment in Delta, Colorado. The ICU RN will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients, perform patient assessments and ongoing monitoring, administer medications and treatments, recognize changes in patient condition, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. The role also requires accurate clinical documentation and adherence to patient safety and infection prevention standards.
Candidates must have a current, active Colorado RN license and at least 1 year of nursing experience. Two years of relevant critical care nursing experience and telemetry experience are preferred. BLS is required upon hire.
ACLS is required within 3 months. PALS or ENPC is required within 6 months if the assignment extends that long. TNCC is preferred.
This assignment includes a 3 × 12-hour night-shift schedule, 36 hours per week, holiday coverage, and occasional additional on-call coverage. Start date is typically within 2 weeks after offer acceptance and completion of onboarding/credentialing. Interested candidates can submit an updated resume and current credentials for consideration.
