You’ll need
Licensure
✓Compact RN license required at submission
Certifications
✓BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
CCRN preferred
Qualifications
✓2 years of ICU experience (strong candidates with 1+ year may be screened)
✓Experience with VV ECMO, CRRT, and ARDS with proning
✓Every other weekend required
✓Floating to other units/facilities required
✓Must have a vehicle
✓Must work 3 of 5 designated holidays
✓Patient Ratio: 1:1 or 1:2
