On Bonus: $8,000 + Shift DifferentialsSalary: Depends on experience Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality critical care to seriously ill and injured patients in a 3-bed ICU within a critical access hospital.This is an excellent opportunity for an ICU nurse who values autonomy, teamwork, clinical decision-making, and personalized patient care. You will care for a diverse patient population, including medical and post-surgical patients, while also supporting care within a mixed-acuity inpatient environment. Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, monitor, and evaluate patients for subtle or significant changes in condition.Provide continuous nursing care to critically ill patients throughout their ICU stay and recovery.Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies and changes in patient status.Administer medications and treatments safely and evaluate patient responses.Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.Prioritize care for patients with complex and rapidly changing conditions.Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and their families.Educate patients, families, and fellow team members regarding care and treatment.Delegate appropriate tasks and ensure completion of assigned responsibilities.Apply sound clinical judgment and critical thinking when determining interventions.Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards.Participate in quality improvement initiatives, professional development, continuing education, and team activities.Support data collection, research, and initiatives designed to improve patient outcomes.QualificationsRequired:Active RN LicenseBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certificationPreferred:ICU/critical care nursing experienceAssociate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higherExperience caring for medical and/or post-surgical patientsWhy Consider This Opportunity?$8,000 Sign
