Nights, 4x12hrs Hours: 48 hrs/wk Start Date: Oct 26, 2026 Length: 10 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring NRP, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, and ACLS certifications in a Level II nursery setting. Details Labor and Delivery unit within an acute care medical center with Level II intensive care nursery services Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 6:15 PM to 5:45 AM Scheduled for 36 or 48 hours per week Labor experience required, with Postpartum experience preferred Eggplant colored scrubs required unless provided by facility Requirements Active CA RN license required Current BLS certification required Current ACLS certification required Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required Intermediate Fetal Monitoring experience required NICU experience required Experienced Labor nurse background required BSN preferred Acute care facility experience preferred Additional Information Delivers coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards and the nursing process Supervises and directs activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinates care with other disciplines Collects and analyzes patient assessment data to determine diagnosis and care plans Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver safe and compassionate care Provides patient and family education and participates in discharge planning Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off will be automatically declined Candidates with a prior adverse licensure action will not be considered Accepts local candidates with no radius restriction, as local rates match travel rates
