• Provide individual and group therapy services
• Complete assessments, treatment planning, and case management
• Support clients with behavioral health and mental health needs
• Coordinate care and connect clients with community resources

• Active Florida LCSW license required
• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Minimum 1 year of social work experience preferred
• BLS certification required
