Title: RN – Med/Surg (Long Term Care) Duration: 13 weeks
Floating Shift 3*12s 36hours/week Location: 150 Highland Ave, Rochester, NY 14620
Days/Evenings/Nights; 36 hours Weekends/On-Call/Holidays: As per unit needs
Minimum 2 years in Long-Term Care License: Active NYS RN License only Certification: AHA BLS required Patient Population: Geriatric long-term care residents Ratios: 1 RN per 20 residents; 1 LPN per 8–10 residents; 1 CNA per 4–6 residents Patient Care: Wound care, assessments, medication administration, documentation, and implementation of nursing care plans Additional Duties: Supervise LPNs and CNAs; strong communication, flexibility, and delegation skills required Facility Notes: No tracheostomy patients or acute-care needs.
