AS:FY2627:DCS01:25737 - Already awarded Bid SEND CANDIDATES 8/25 Must possess a valid New York State License and have a minimum of one-year work experience post licensure. o Provide care including services requiring sterile techniques. o Conducting medical diagnostic tests on candidates/employees for pre-employment, occupational health and/or return-to-work physicals, from various agencies. Testing includes the use of a variety of equipment, including blood pressure cuffs, vision machine(ortho-rater), hearing machine, electrocardiography (ECG)machine, respirator fit machine and spirometer (pulmonary). o Calibrating and adjusting instruments and recording test results independently. o Administer blood and blood products. o Packaging of blood specimens including chain of custody for blood alcohol o Obtaining urine samples for drug testing, including a chain of custody forms. o Filing, copying, data entry and other clerical tasks. o Conduct vital signs and blood pressure checks. o Provide various pre-employment screenings (TB testing) and immunizations (Hepatitis B, MMR, TD, influenza) as requested and required by the employee’s agency. o Serve as a resource area for health information. o Phlebotomy experience is required.
