Days, 12-hour shifts, starting at 5:20 AM; 36 hours/week. EMR: Epic — experience within the last year required. Floating: Required.

Clinical Resource Team (CRT) floats to all Med-Surg units at ThedaCare Appleton and Neenah, and potentially other ThedaCare facilities, including smaller locations. Must be flexible with assignments that may change with as little as 2 hours’ notice.

Minimum 3 years of RN experience and 2+ years of Med-Surg experience. Previous travel assignment required. Weekend Requirement: Per unit needs; may be up to every other weekend or every weekend.

Holiday rotation required.

Wisconsin RN license, AHA BLS, and NIHSS required. AHA ACLS preferred. Unit Description: Resource team covering Med-Surg and related specialties, including general surgery, oncology, renal, CHF, COPD, stroke, surgical trauma, orthopedics, and DKA.

Cardiac experience with pre/post cath, pacemakers, and TR Bands is strongly preferred. Patient ratio is approximately 1:5–6. Radius Rule: Travelers’ home location or current facility must be at least 50 miles from ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI.
