12hr NOCs Shift start time: 5:30p *any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence Weekend: Up to every other weekend (*open to an every weekend candidate*) Holidays: Holiday rotation as needed Floating: Will float throughout all Med/Surg units at TC Appleton & TC Neenah; May float to all ThedaCare facilities as needed (Primarily TC Neenah/TC Appleton and must be open to the smaller locations as needed) **TCN 5th floor - cardiac (pre post, heart cath & pacemakers) **TCN Neuro - stroke, post TNK, neuro surgery Traveler will only take patients within their skillset On Call/Call Back

WI RN License, AHA BLS & NIHSS (Required). AHA ACLS (preferred) Charting
EPIC within the last year REQUIRED Minimum Experience Required: 3+ years experience as an RN & 2+ years M/S Experience & 1 travel contract (strongly preferred) Primary Cases across facilities : Medical/Surgical, General Surgical, Oncology, Renal, CIWA, CHF, COPD, Stroke, Surgical Trauma & Ortho, DKA, Experience with Pre-post Cath & post pacemaker & TR Bands strongly preferred; Pediatric patients (rare) Assignment to be based upon skillset, to be expected to fill staffing needs, a needed Patient Ratios: 1:5-6 ratio (Days & Nights for new staffing model), RN's paired with a support staff (LPN/CNA) based on acuity.
