Your responsibilities will include: Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and continuously monitor patient health status. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans. Provide nursing interventions, therapies, and treatments based on patient needs.
Monitor patient responses to treatment and communicate changes appropriately. Provide patient and family education and health counseling. Perform delegated medical functions within your scope of practice.
Coordinate care with physicians and other members of the healthcare team. Refer patients for additional evaluation or treatment when appropriate. Review and monitor treatment and therapy plans.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Utilize available resources to support quality patient care. Promote a safe, collaborative, and patient-centered environment.
Float to other departments when required, provided the assignment is within your qualifications and competency. ✅ Requirements Required: Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited nursing program Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice BLS – American Heart Association Strong assessment, clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to provide safe and effective care in a fast-paced Med/Surg environment Preferred: BSN Previous Med/Surg or acute-care RN experience Additional certifications appropriate to the assigned unit, when applicable 🌲 Explore Butte, Montana When you're off the clock, take advantage of everything Montana has to offer.
