$2,120–$2,230 Start Date: October 12, 2026 Contract End Date: January 11, 2027 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Nursing
Monday–Friday, 5 shifts per week Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts, approximately 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Hours: 40 hours per week Weekend/On-Call Requirement: None indicated Additional Information: Mileage between patient visits is reimbursed; dress is scrubs or business casual Home Health Registered Nurse Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in Connecticut At least 1 year of professional nursing experience; home health nursing experience is preferred Associate degree in Nursing or higher Current professional nursing credentials and certifications required for home health practice Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area and provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes Strong communication, organization, clinical judgment, and electronic or clinical documentation skills Travel RN Home Health Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive home health visits and provide skilled nursing care based on individualized patient needs and established care plans Assess patient conditions, monitor progress, identify changes in status, and communicate concerns promptly Provide patient and caregiver education to promote safe care, treatment adherence, and improved health outcomes Complete accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation for every home health visit Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team Manage a productive caseload while meeting an expected productivity level of approximately 30 points Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care across Waterbury, Wallingford, and surrounding Connecticut communities Apply now for this Travel Registered Nurse home health opportunity in Wallingford, Connecticut, and join a healthcare team dedicated to quality patient care.
