Deliver direct nursing care to adult patients in a Med Surg/Telemetry setting Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to telemetry alerts Administer medications, perform assessments, and update care plans Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes Document patient status and care interventions accurately
