Lead and coordinate daily MRI operations, ensuring efficient workflow and a seamless patient experienceServe as a trusted resource and mentor to MRI team members, supporting a culture of collaboration and excellenceDevelop staffing and on-call schedules to meet department needs while supporting work-life balanceTake on in charge responsibilities, guiding the team and ensuring high-quality care deliveryPerform MRI procedures using advanced technology to produce accurate, diagnostic-quality imagesApply your expertise in MRI anatomy and pathophysiology to support clinical decision-making alongside radiologistsDeliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered care at every interactionContribute to a positive environment for patients, physicians, and team membersSupport continuous improvement initiatives and help drive innovation within the departmentAssist with onboarding, training, and development of new team members and studentsPerform venipuncture and support medication processes as neededParticipate in on-call rotation to support patient care needsWhy Lee Health?

Radiology or MRI degree graduates accepted. Graduation of JRCERT Accredited or ARRT approved Radiography or MRI degree program. Experience
Minimum of two (2) years of recent MRI experience. Ideal candidate would have 3-5 yrs experience. Licensure
Florida Radiologic Technologist License for radiology techs only. MRI degree for non-radiology techs. Certifications/Registration
BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support) RequiredMRSO certification through American Board of Magnet Resonance(Magnetic ResonanceSafety Officer)- preferred. ARRT Registered or eligible required. US:FL:Fort Myers
