Licensure
✓Active Wisconsin or compact RN license
Certifications
✓BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA required
Qualifications
✓Minimum 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty
✓Previous travel nursing experience required
✓ICU experience required
✓Epic EMR experience required
✓Experience with craniotomy and external ventricular drains (EVDs) required
✓Experience with ICP monitoring or ventriculostomy required
✓Basic arrhythmia interpretation experience required
✓Must pass the facility telemetry exam before starting
✓Every other weekend and some holidays required
✓Floating required to ICU and intermediate care units as needed
✓No block scheduling
✓50-mile radius restriction
✓Local candidates are not accepted
Neurosurgery experience preferred

Days or Nights, 3x12 or 4x12 Hours Shift Timing: Days 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Nights 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
