RN – NICU Carle Foundation Hospital – Urbana, IL 611 W Park St, Urbana, IL 61801 Position Overview Carle Foundation Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) . The RN will provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients while utilizing the nursing process, evidence-based practices, clinical technology, and interdisciplinary collaboration to promote safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have strong neonatal nursing experience and be comfortable caring for newborns in a high-acuity NICU environment, supporting families with breastfeeding initiation, medication administration, neonatal assessments, and multidisciplinary care planning.
