Minimum 2 days per week onsite Sutter Provides all Equipment

7+ years of experience in integration analysis, design, and development. Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services. Proficiency in XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, CSV, and JSON.

Experience supporting inbound and outbound integrations across Workday HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Time Tracking modules. Strong understanding of Workday HCM, HR processes, and Payroll/Benefits systems. Experience creating and optimizing Workday custom reports.

Ability to troubleshoot integrations, debug issues, identify risks, and develop alternative technical or functional approaches. Ability to manage multiple integrations, enhancements, and project efforts simultaneously. Experience documenting technical specifications and supporting testing, issue resolution, change management, and end-user support.

Ability to work onsite a minimum of 2 days per week. Preferred

Experience with Epic or other EHR system integrations. Experience with middleware, interface engines, or enterprise system interoperability. Prior consulting or integration design leadership experience in healthcare or enterprise IT.

Experience with integration testing tools and agile delivery methodologies. Summary / Duties: The Integration Analyst IV will design, build, maintain, and enhance Workday integrations supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Time Tracking, and related enterprise processes. This role uses Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services, APIs, XML, and XSLT to support reliable inbound and outbound data exchange.

Responsibilities include collaborating with business and technical stakeholders, documenting current and future technical specifications, developing and optimizing custom reports, troubleshooting integration issues, and supporting testing, change management, training, and end-user resolution. The analyst will independently explain technical decisions, identify and escalate risks, recommend alternative approaches when needed, and manage multiple integrations and project efforts concurrently.

This role requires onsite attendance a minimum of 2 days per week.
