** Full Time | Non-Exempt | 960 Total Hours | 08/17/2026-02/26/2027 **Sutter Provides all Equipment** **Requirements:** * EpicCare Ambulatory certification * Advanced experience with Epic Ambulatory application build, configuration, testing, and production support * Experience working with clinical and business operations to document current-state workflows and design future-state workflows * Experience translating operational and technical requirements into Epic system configuration * Experience developing test scripts, validating new build, and performing integrated testing * Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex Epic application, configuration, and system issues * Experience maintaining Epic dictionaries, profiles, tables, and other configuration components * Strong understanding of application interdependencies and downstream impacts across integrated systems * Experience partnering with end users, clinical operations, technical teams, and Epic personnel * Ability to identify configuration gaps, escalate issues, and drive resolution during implementation activities **Preferred

** * Experience supporting complex ambulatory and core clinical workflows * Experience with oncology-related clinical workflows * Experience supporting large-scale Epic implementations within a healthcare system * Experience with application build, workflow design, integrated testing, defect resolution, and operational readiness * Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and their impact on Epic configuration * Experience supporting change management and workflow redesign * Experience leading or supporting digital application implementation projects through activation **Summary / Duties:** The Epic Application Analyst III will support the Ambulatory and Core Clinical workstreams for the Stanford Medicine Sutter Health Cancer Center (SMSHCC) project during the final stages of application build, integrated testing, and operational readiness.

The analyst will work closely with clinical and business operations to document workflows, recommend workflow improvements, configure Epic to meet operational and technical requirements, develop and execute test scripts, perform integrated testing, and resolve complex application and configuration issues. The role will maintain Epic dictionaries, profiles, tables, and other configuration components while coordinating with Sutter Health teams and Epic personnel to ensure build aligns with recommended standards.

This resource will also support issue remediation, application interdependencies, regulatory and technical changes, process improvements, and project activities required to maintain implementation timelines and activation readiness.
