Occupational Therapist- Parkview Health (Huntington) Position Details Unit: Experience Needed: Must hold or be eligible to receive an Occupational Therapy license in the state where services will be provided within the first 90 days of employment. Must be certified in CPR or must become certified within the first 90 days of employment. Must maintain all certifications and licensure according to the expiration date.
American Occupational Therapy Association membership preferred. If assigned to drive a company vehicle, a valid driver’s license is required. If assigned to drive a personal vehicle, proof of insurance is required in addition to a valid driver’s license.
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of , with an Occupational Therapy degree as follows: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree if graduated before 1/1/2002; Master’s degree required if graduated after 1/1/2002; International Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school and possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy. A Masters degree is preferred. Work experience preferred, but not required, other than clinical experience within educational training program.
