Zip: 47308 This evaluator will also be offered to provide virtual services and in-person services in a caseload-building capacity. This position is a W-2 contract for the school year.
Candidate MUST Have a minimum of 1 year school based experience Have a valid IN Board License- Occupational Therapy Be able to pass an FBI Fingerprint-based background check Position Details: Caseload : 1 evaluation Pay Rate : $70/hour for in-person services & $225/ completed evaluation Position/Role : School-based Occupational Therapist
