Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN - Circulator / Scrub) – Day Shift
Day Shift | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 08:30 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday) | 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week (varied day off every other week) Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract Assignment. Location Region: Peru, Illinois (IL) | Local & Travel Candidates Accepted ( Local rates apply within 50 miles ) Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE] Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated Operating Room RN circulating experience strictly required [HARDSTOP].
Orthopedic surgery circulating experience strongly preferred. On-Call Response Time Threshold [HARDSTOP]: Candidate must be able to meet the 45-minute call response time requirement when on call [HARDSTOP]. Submission Profile Data [HARDSTOP]: Must include last 4 digits of SSN, middle initial, active IL license status (or proof of application initiation), and all requested time off (RTO) at time of submission [HARDSTOP].
Drug Screen Policy [HARDSTOP]: Candidate must pass a full-panel drug screen prior to start ( Drug-Free Campus policy ) [HARDSTOP]. State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active Illinois RN License OR proof of application process initiation strictly required at submission [HARDSTOP]. Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — Healthcare Provider) [HARDSTOP].
Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) [HARDSTOP]. Preferred Credentials: AHA PALS preferred. RN scrub experience preferred (will accept 1 traveler with scrub skills and 1 circulator-only).
EMR Requirement [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical proficiency with Epic (Epic OpTime) strictly required [HARDSTOP].
