Details Operating Room setting with 7 OR rooms within a Level III trauma facility RN Circulator role supporting General, GYN, Vascular, Orthopaedic, Urology, Podiatry, and da Vinci Robotic surgical specialties Serves patients of all ages Patient ratio of 1:1 Uses Meditech EHR Day shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM Every other weekend required with potential for additional coverage/call Call requirements include 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month Interdepartmental floating required as needed Requirements Active RN license (WV or Compact) required Current
BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Minimum 2 years of OR circulating experience required Must have experience circulating in General, GYN, Vascular, Orthopaedic, Urology, Podiatry, and da Vinci Robotic surgeries Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration Additional Information Facility performs a wide range of surgical services including spine, thoracic, interventional pain management, interventional cardiology, and trauma/emergency surgical services Scrubs supplied by facility; casual wear and other facility-branded attire not permitted Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify for travel rate Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months Cannot be employed elsewhere on a full-time basis while on assignment Professional demeanor expected in this role
