Pride Health is hiring a Pharmacist to support our client's pharmacy operations. Job Details:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–9:00 PM; Saturday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Available Shifts: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM Location: Columbus, OH Float / Coverage Area: Job Type: Local contract Contract Length: 52 weeks Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education. Duties: Oversee daily pharmacy operations, medication dispensing, prescription verification, and workflow deadlines. Verify the accuracy of medication orders, labels, packaging, and refills.
Prepare or supervise sterile IV medications and solutions. Manage controlled substance inventory and ensure proper storage and documentation. Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, DEA requirements, and HIPAA.
Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution. License(s): Active pharmacist license in the state of practice. Certification(s): BLS Years of
2 Years+ Skills/Specialties/Technology: Medication dispensing, prescription verification, sterile IV preparation, controlled substance management, pharmacy workflow, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance.
