Day-to-DayAs a key member of our clinical team, you will: Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plansProvide therapeutic exercises, stretching, balance training, and functional mobility activitiesMonitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical TherapistEducate patients on home exercise programs and proper body mechanicsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR systemPrepare treatment areas and ensure a safe and clean clinical environmentCollaborate with Physical Therapists and other healthcare providers to support patient outcomesWhat We're Looking ForAssociate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant programActive New York State Physical Therapist Assistant licenseStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced outpatient settingNew graduates are welcome to apply Physical & Environmental DemandsComfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing hands-on therapeutic techniques for extended periods.
