Unit Specifics:· Number of Beds: 15 beds· Patient Ratios: 4:1· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): 1-2 LNA support· Type of equipment: GE Monitors, Hamilton Bipap and Hiflo, Baxter IV Pumps, Hemospheres· Documentation system: Meditech Expanse· Scheduling

12 shifts month (3 shifts a week). 4 weekend shifts Month. Department leadership completes the schedule around the RTO· Floating policy: Floating will be on a rotation basis with Travelers floating first· Patient Experience

MyCare board are updated each shift during bedside shift report. Bedside shift report is completed at each change of shiftHospital Specifics-·
