Bachelor’s degree in Perfusion Technology or related field (Master’s preferred)Graduate of an accredited perfusion programCurrent certification as a Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP)Active state license(s) as required by assignment locationMinimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience preferredExperience with adult cardiac cases required; pediatric experience a plusStrong knowledge of ECMO and advanced perfusion techniquesCertificates, Licensures, Registrations:Any current, valid, and active license and/or certification required to practice as a perfusionist in the state of employmentCurrent ACLS, BLS and Clinical Perfusionist (ABCP) Cerification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required, AHA preferred and may be required by some clientsAdditional Qualifications/Skills:Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to remain calm and focused in high-pressure environmentsFlexibility and adaptability to changing assignments and schedulesHigh level of professionalism and attention to detailStrong attention to accuracy and detail in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR teamsFree from illegal drug use and effects of alcohol in the workplaceClient Specific

• Special procedures: Candidate must be able to work with the ability to independently assist is ECMO cannulation in adult, pediatric and neonatal patients. Candidate must have minimum 5 years of experience in Perfusion and be comfortable operating in fast pace emergent cardiac cases. **** ECMO Transport is a MUSTSpecial Equipment: Must have Spectrum Pump experience Experience also requested in Terumo system 1, Quest MPS 2/3 Cardioplegia, ISTAT, Centrimag, Impella 5.5, Bellmont Hyperthermia Kit, CardioHelp, Angiovac, CardioQuip HC.Work Setting Experience Required: CVOR, General OR, Pedi CVOR, Pedi General OR, and Trauma Level 1Minimum of 5 years of experienceMust have at least 1 year of EPIC experienceUnlike working for agency after agency, with our travel program, you get to work for a company:
