✓An active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing is required, along with at least one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
Qualifications
✓Must have relevant experience with pharmacokinetic dosing (specifically vancomycin) and warfarin management
✓Must be willing to cover weekends and evening shifts
Experience with Epic Willow Inpatient but not required preferred

The Pharmacist will work 40 hours per week on varied shifts. Must be willing to cover weekends and evening shifts. Typical shift will be 12:30-9 PM.
