Client reduced by /hour.** - What areas will they cover: ICU, IMC, ED, Med-Surg, OR (cardiothoracic), cardiac cath, EPS, central pharmacy, IV Room experience not required but must understand USP 797 . Minimal chemo done here.
We make gemcitabine or mitomycin for urology surgery and occasional methotrexate for ectopic pregnancies. - Experience or 'Must have'
- Inpatient staffing experience, Vancomycin AUC dosing, Aminoglycosides dosing, Heparin dosing/monitoring, TPN management/monitoring. IV Room experience not required but must understand USP 797 and be able to tabletop meds or make sure techs are making IV's correctly. - Pharmacy Manager/Supervisor: Chris Becker, R.Ph., Pharm.D., BCPS. - Pharmacy Techs?: Mon
