Physical Therapist - Home Health

Travel PT Home Health jobs in Bronx, NY are open for an ASAP start with a 13-week contract. You will work Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, seeing 5 to 6 geriatric clients daily in their homes. You must have an active New York PT license and experience with the geriatric population.

Home health experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include conducting in-home mobility assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapeutic exercises, and documenting care using Homecare Home Base.
