Days - Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40 - Weekend

Every Other Weekend - Call

• Patient Population:
• Primarily adults with stroke, brain injuries, debility, amputations, cardiac/pulmonary issues, and neurological disorders.
• Number of Beds: 40
• Patient Ratios: 5:1
• Equipment: Lite Gait, Biodex, Zero-G
• EHR System: Epic

- Licenses/Certifications: - Licensed Physical Therapist in Indiana. -

Minimum of 1-2 years in inpatient rehabilitation.

• Education Required: BS/MS/DPT.
• Personality Fit: Must thrive in a cohesive team environment where therapy and nursing collaborate effectively.

Dress Code:

• Scrub Color: Caribbean Blue Scrubs
• Unacceptable Attire: No blue jeans.
