None Patient Population: Adult - mix of stroke, Traumatic/Non-Traumatic Brain Injury, Debility, amputation, Non-Traumatic Spinal Cord, some traumatic; Cardiac/Pulmonary patients; Neurological Disorders (Myopathy, MS, Parkinson's) Unit Information: Number of Beds: 40 Patient Ratios: 5:1 Equipment: Lite Gait, Biodex, Zero-G EHR: Epic Supervisor: Diana Fuentes/ Jeff Orange Hiring Profile: Must Have Skills/Experience: Licensed PT in State of Indiana Preferred Skillset/Experience: Common Diagnosis/Treatment as above under Patient Population Personality Fit: Cohesive team; therapy and nursing work extremely well together Required
